OPEN DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS ARE STILL A FAIRLY NEW CONCEPT AND ARE IN THEIR INFANCY GLOBAL

Governments, multilateral organisations, non-profits and private companies are creating the infrastructures that allow us to interact and transact digitally. On top of this infrastructure, we need open ecosystems that allow anyone to build products and services that generate value.

Open digital ecosystems are needed in sectors that are essential to the functioning of society: banking/finance, health, government service delivery, supply chains and logistics, transport, and so on.

Open digital ecosystems will be essential when solving some of our greatest challenges today, including the climate emergency.
